Rabbie Burns Supper

Residents at Abbotsford chambers court enjoyed a burns traditional supper cooked in a special way.
Haggis, neep and tattie tart with whiskey sauce. Followed by Whiskey and honey mousse.
Our residents enjoyed a burns supper with a different taste to it. Our cook Angela Meldrum served up Haggis, neep and tattie in a tart followed by whisky and honey mousse for dessert. This went down well with our residents followed by a wee dram if the wished so.
You will see by the pictures that the residents really enjoyed this. Rabbie Burns traditional meal with a wee twist enjoyed by all.
